Me and my clients are completely satisfied
I currently use VPS. And I've got clients that use VPS at InMotion either. There are some minor problems sometimes, but nothing is perfect. Both my clients and I highly appreciate the support team of InMotion. It's no wonder InMotion is one of the most popular hosting providers in the industry. I'm sure my and my clients' web presence is safe with them.
 
Really very good
In more than 4 years, we have never had anything close to an outage or even slow down. It has been perfectly reliable. Technical Support is the next thing that is outstanding. From the set up to occassional requests, we have always been met with polite, professional and prompt service. And the price is great for such a service. I highly recommend InMotion to everyone who needs a really good and reliable hosting compamy. Totally satisfying
BlueHost stayes in top 10 best web hosting companies for years already. I never regretted I signed up with them few years ago. I used a number of other hosts and I have to say in BlueHost I found everything I ever wanted from a webhost. I never had any problems with support. I highly recommend BlueHost.
 
Reliable service
I've been using BlueHost service for 3 years already. So far they were very reliable. I never had any problems with getting to support team. Fantastico, unlimited add-on domains, PHP support and MySQL are their great features. And the forum! The forum is wonderful and sometimes really helpful. And the cPanel is the most comfortable I ever had a chance to use. Highly recommend BlueHost to everyone! Awesome
I just got my account and it was such a simple process, I used their RVsitebuilder and it was so easy. My site is already up with no problems. I'm very impressed. Not only are they cheap web host but I found a coupon to get hosting even cheaper. Just awesome!
 
Don't use this hosting!
My website has been unusable for 4 days now. Tech support keeps telling me there is nothing wrong!!! 4 days and I can not get to my website and still there's "nothing wrong"! Why would I be complaining if there was nothing wrong? One of the best
I have to say that this is one of the best hosting companies I have ever worked with. They were quick with any question I had and helped me in every way. I was a bit skeptical since it looked like too good of a deal but it worked out, I couldn't be happier. I had to cancel my account, due to not having time in college to handle a website but will most likely come back later. I was surprised how easy it was to quit. They canceled my account in a few minutes and didn't make it too hard at all. I would definitely recommend them. All web hosting companies offer the same but customer service is what really matters.
 
Nothing more I could hope for
I host a few of my personal sites on HostMonster for about 8 months already. I can tell you that HostMonster has a great uptime, and I honestly cannot remember the last time I was down in these 8 months I have been with them. I rarely use their support as there's not much I can need them for, but each and every time I do call them they are friendly and helpful. And one more thing - it's really a cheap hosting with good quality. So, what else can I dream of? I love it
I signed up for Globat 2 years ago. I have 3 websites hosted here. Basic site, forum and eCommerce. So far, I had no problems neither with service nor with software. My websites are always up and running and I like and use all the features offered. Oh, and I unsubscribed from the auto upgrades and never have been billed any additional money. My point - they are really great webhosts.
 
Totally unreliable.
I signed up with Globat 7 months ago and my website has been down at least once a month. Each time the outage lasted from half an hour to a 24-hour period. It is almost impossible to get to their technical support and when you finally manage to do that they do not have any answers at all! That absolutely unprofessional. Perfect if you are new
Yahoo is great for those just starting. If you do not know a thing it’s perfect for you. If you need a customized look or need to update your site regularly, it is not practical. Too many limitations. Customer service was not helpful even with minor things. Server has been down twice for 4 months I’ve been signed in. I’ve called customer support several times and they have not been able to help.
 
Not good at all
I've been a Yahoo user for 3 years and I see their low points more often now. Their tech support knows nothing. I was on hold for half an hour until I was able to speak with tech support that couldn’t answer any of my questions. That conversation lasted 5 minutes and even no apology for not being able to help! And their php assistance is next to non-existent. Excellent webhost
I have been with Dot5 for few and have had zero downtime that I am aware of. I use my site for media clients; they have great feedback about the speed at which they access their files and I noticed a great speed increase on my FTP uploads over my previous host. I use a shared hosting plan for my business and the uptime has been flawless. The couple of times I contacted support for assistance they replied to my help tickets at once and then followed up a second time to make sure my issue was resolved. I was very impressed. I recommend Dot5 to everyone. Speed is great, uptime has been consistently great, email is reliable and support, if needed, is quick and efficient.
 
Not good any more
Dot5 has over 60,000 users. As is the case with many big organizations- they haven't been able to handle it. Support is not what they promise, DNS drop-outs occur regularly and frequently, FTP is moody, and there’s a number of other problems. Maybe they were a good hosting company once - but those days are apparently long gone- my website has been down more than 50% of the time in the last month- all due to overloaded servers. And I also have to mention domain registration process seems to take ages with Dot5. Not all that great
I've been with this hosting provider for a few years already, and I have to say the last year has not been the most enjoyable experience. They give quite a number of good stuff when you sign up, they also provide free domain names on the main account, unlimited SQL databases and so on, but there are few things disappointing me about Lunarpages. 1. As it's shared hosting, if you cause any high usage(not defined by them) they just terminate your account. 2. Also the support is too slow to respond. so, it's good but not great webhosting.
 
They had been good
I'v been signed up with LunarPages for 4 years, I finally pulled my sites from their servers few months ago. They never helped me when I needed the help most. No help, no support and rather rude. It's cheap, but the money isn't worth the headache... Reliable webhost
What I like best about Godaddy is the correlation or price and reliability. I can't even remember the last time there was any issue with any of my services. It's definitely the best web hosting company I ever had a chance to work with. Besides, GoDaddy is very full-featured and provides all the possible things one can require. The email system that comes with hosting is also very complete and doesn't lack anything. I highly recommend Godaddy to everyone.
 
Good hosting
I've been using GoDaddy's services for over 4 years. I have 40 domains with them. A few times I had call customer service they answered quickly and were very efficient and friendly. If anyone asked my opinion- it's by far one of the best webhosts in the industry. Not happy with them at all
Their uptime is just awful... About every 2 or 3 months, my site would go down for more than 12 hours at a time. They will always try to blame some sort of hardware failure for their poor performance. If you're trying to run a businesses it's just impossible with PowWeb. The worst hosting provider I ever had.
 
Too slow
I’ve been using Poowweb for two years. I found it very good for speed of access until about half a year ago. It now takes forever to access my website. Tech support says that there is no problem on their end, and have suggested solutions that have not improved things in any way. But the problem wasn't caused by me. I had changed nothing, and this issue is encountered from other computers with other ISPs and with all browsers. I just think I have to change my web hosting company.
