I love it
I signed up for Globat 2 years ago. I have 3 websites hosted here. Basic site, forum and eCommerce. So far, I had no problems neither with service nor with software. My websites are always up and running and I like and use all the features offered. Oh, and I unsubscribed from the auto upgrades and never have been billed any additional money. My point - they are really great webhosts.
Totally unreliable.
I signed up with Globat 7 months ago and my website has been down at least once a month. Each time the outage lasted from half an hour to a 24-hour period. It is almost impossible to get to their technical support and when you finally manage to do that they do not have any answers at all! That absolutely unprofessional.
It's horrible
And I thought my previous hosting provider was awful. Their auto upgrade system is a nightmare. The customer service and tech support are simply nonexistent. Too many outages... Well, I have to look for my 4th hosting provider in 3 years. What a disappointment.
It's a good webhost
I really like it here. My small business website is running beautifully with no problems of any kind. No major downtimes have happened to me yet. The cPanel is great and comfortable, features are useful. The only thing that disappoints me about Globat is their automatic upgrading system. Anyone here knows how to unsubscribe?
